  Some of the employees are rather rude. I don't get my nails done often and needed some time to think of what I wanted and wanted explanations of what stuff was, but didn't get any of that. The ladies I talked rushed me. Some of my nails turned out with an uneven shape and polish wasn't put on evenly. I went in with a friend who got a mani/pedi, didn't get all of what was supposed to be included, and her nails turned out streaky and looking very unprofessional.
